Cancellation Policy for Drifted Hughes l2l Elite Cleaning Co.
*Purpose:*
Our cancellation policy is designed to facilitate optimal scheduling and resource allocation while offering our clients flexibility.
*General Policy:*
We kindly request that all cancellations or changes to your cleaning appointment be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
*Cancellation Fees:*
1. *More than 48 hours notice:* No cancellation fee will be charged.
2. *Less than 48 hours notice:* A cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service price will be charged.
3. *No Show:* If the client does not notify us and is not present at the time of the scheduled service, a no-show fee of 100% of the scheduled service price will be charged.
*Rescheduling:*
Clients may reschedule their appointment once without any penalty, provided they give at least 48 hours notice. Additional changes to the rescheduled appointment may be subject to a $25 rescheduling fee.
*Severe Weather or Unexpected Events:*
In the event of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances that prevent the completion of a scheduled cleaning, we will reschedule the service at no additional cost. If rescheduling is not feasible, a full refund will be provided.
*Subscription Cancellations:*
Clients with recurring cleaning services are required to provide a 30-day notice for cancellation. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of one cleaning session.
*Refunds:*
Refunds are not typically issued for cancellation fees. However, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis if the cancellation is due to our inability to provide the service or due to service issues attributable to our staff.
*Policy Changes:*
Drifted Hughes l2l Elite Cleaning Co. reserves the right to modify the cancellation policy at any time.
